The Iroquois Steeplechase has been Nashville’s rite of spring sincSteeplechaseCouple4.jpge 1941, attracting more than 25,000 spectators to watch the best horses and riders in the world race over hurdles on a three-mile turf track. This year’s race will mark 76 years for the Iroquois Steeplechase and more than seven decades of Music City’s annual celebration of time-honored traditions, Tennessee hospitality, and Southern fashions.

Those who attend the event enjoy areas for families, well-appointed tents and individually organized tailgates where the emphasis is on race day pickings, larger-than-life hats, Honey Jack Juleps, and crowd-pleasing recipes. More importantly, guests support a cause at the heart of the event. Since being designated as the official charity in 1981, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt has received more than $10 million from Iroquois Steeplechase proceeds.

TICKET OPTIONS

HUNT CLUB EXPERIENCE – SPECIAL DISCOUNT

Located along the box seats, this completely-tented area gives a front-row seat to the excitement. Ticket includes gourmet catered food and beverages, live music, and one of the best views on the grounds in a prime location. Get tickets!

TAILGATING PACKAGES

It’s Nashville’s biggest spring tailgate, and one of our greatest traditions! Each space includes armbands for eight guests and two Lot T parking passes. See your options.

INDIVIDUAL TAILGATING ARMBANDS & SHUTTLE PASS

Looking to join in the Iroquois Steeplechase tailgating experience, but don’t want to go with a big group? Here’s your chance! These armbands provide access to all tailgating areas on the grounds, including the Iroquois Shoppes, the family area, and the food truck section. Parking at Highway 100 is included, and a shuttle to and from the grounds will be provided. Get your tickets.

THE FOX DEN – NEW THIS YEAR!

Located in the middle of the infield, the Fox Den is an add-on option for adult racegoers to enjoy food, beverages and entertainment all day. Get your tickets.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Gather your family and friends and pack a picnic for a perfect day at the races. The hillside venue for General Admission is the preferred spot for hundreds of race fans. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the General Admission entrance on race day. These sell out quick! Get your tickets.

FAMILY AREA TAILGATING SECTION

The Family Area offers every member of the family a chance to enjoy race day. This is an alcohol-free tailgating area located adjacent to Gaucho Road, which offers more flexibility in departure from race grounds and boasts a terrific play area for the kids and close proximity to the track for race viewing. SKYBOX SUITES

Experience the race in style, the Skybox Suites offer a phenomenal panoramic view of the track from a private, elevated luxury suite and covered deck.
