The St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Marathon & 1/2 Marathon will take place through the streets of Music City April 29. In addition, there will be the FREE Health & Fitness Expo April 27 and 28 that is open to the public, the post-race concert, April 29, featuring headliner act The Band Perry, and the KiDS ROCK Nashville presented by YMCA of Middle Tennessee on April 30.
