Isha Institute of Inner-Science is the place to be, on January 7, for those who made their New Year resolution to be more healthy. They have planned out an entire day of classes and sessions about improving your well-being. From healthy cooking to hikes! We have listed out the full schedule below. Check it out! And Namaste.

9am – UPA Yoga: Physical Yoga to Relieve Stress & Boost Energy

10:15am – Isha Kriya: Guided Meditation

11am, 1pm, & 3pm – Hikes begin in front of Mahima

1:30pm – Nada Yoga: The Yoga of Sound

2:45pm – Healthy Cooking Class

7pm-8pm – Vegetarian Lunch and Dinner Buffet
