The St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Marathon & 1/2 Marathon will take place through the streets of Music City April 30. In addition, there will be the FREE Health & Fitness Expo April 28 and 29 that is open to the public, the post-race concert, April 30, featuring headliner act The Wallflowers, and the KiDS ROCK Nashville presented by YMCA of Middle Tennessee on May 1.
