Was today not beautiful? We are loving this weather and want to prepare you with some fun things to do under the sun in Music City. For starters you have to check out the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, and see over 400 different species including clouded leopards, red pandas, giraffes, and more. Now you can see the Zoo like never before with their all new zip line experience called Soaring Eagle which takes you 110 ft. in the air to overlook the African Savannah, Historic Home, Festival Field, and Gibbon Islands. Then, witness the 55 acres of beautiful splendor at Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art. Right now, they have the Steve Tobin: Southern Roots exhibit which includes multiple structures, some of which are 15 ft. tall and weigh 7,000 lbs, placed across the estate. And you can’t forget about Cheekwood in Bloom, when over 100,000 tulips begin to bloom during the spring. Everyone loves miniature golf, and go-karts! Grand Old Golf & Go Karts holds three award winning miniature golf courses and an outdoor go-kart track that equals fun for the whole family. Cumberland Caverns is open year round, seven days a week with daily scenic walking tours, daytime adventure trips, and overnight spelunking with camping in the cave just 2 hours outside downtown Nashville. Lost River Cave & Valley is Kentucky’s only underground boat tour just one hour north of Nashville. The tour begins with a walk along the river’s edge, and then arrive at the massive cave entrance where you will board a boat and glide along the river into enormous cathedral-like passages.
