This weekend head on over to The Flipside. A groovy place that is decked out with 1950s decor. Their menu features something they call Jack’s Chicken and they serve it in 15 different ways. Pretty much it’s a chicken breast pounded thin with seasoned bread crumbs and then pan sautéed in extra virgin olive oil. One of our favorites is the Popeye served with spinach, tomato, mozzarella, and balsamic drizzle. AND don’t forget to order their amazing wonderful Tater Tot Nachos. You won’t regret it.
