Dance Me A Story – July 17
You can witness the Nashville Ballet for FREE at Cumberland Park as they present Dance Me A Story – Ferdinand the Bull. It’s perfect for families with children of all ages.

Farmer’s Beat Release Party – July 17
The Nashville Farmers’ Market is hosting Tennessee Brew Works’ release of Farmer’s Beat. At the event you will enjoy brews, stories, and good times.

Grassy Knoll Movie Nights – July 19
Raiders of the Lost Ark is this months featured filmed during Grassy Knoll Movie Nights. Plus, on site they will have The Wild Cow Vegetarian Restaurant tacos, Kernels Nashville popcorn, and Jackalope Brewing Company beer.

Jason Isbell Outstore – July 17
Jason Isbell will perform at Grimey’s New & Preloved Music to celebrate the release of his new album “Something More Than Free”. The show is open to the general public and starts at 5:30pm. Best to get there early for a good spot.

Jazz on the Cumberland Concert Series – July 19
Michael Fair Band and Cissy Crutcher will play during the FREE monthly concert series Jazz on the Cumberland at Cumberland Park.

LOL Nashville Comedy Improv – July 18
LOL Nashville Comedy Improv is performing at The Basement East. Great event if you are looking for some laughs.

A Party of Note – July 19
The Schermerhorny Symphony Center is offering a special day of brunch and music. At 11:30am patrons will enjoy a live performance featuring an ensemble of Nashville Symphony musicians followed by prix fixe brunch in the West Lobby starting at 12:30pm.

Super Workout – July 18
Coach Summit 2015 presented by Beachbody is taking place July 16th through the 19th in Music City. On the morning of July 18 they are hosting a Super Workout on Nashville’s Lower Broadway that is open to the public. People can show up as early as 5am, the Super Workout is 6-7:30am, and roads will reopen at 10am. The workout will be led by celebrity trainers Chalene Johnson, Tony Horton, Sagi Kalev, Autumn Calabrese, and Shaun T.

Therely Bare Redux – July 18-August 29
Zeitgeist Gallery is opening a new exhibit called Therely Bare Redux which features the work of eighteen artists from seven countries displaying non-objective art. The exhibit will last until August 29 with an opening reception on August 1.

Watermelon Fun Run/Walk – July 18
The Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway race track will host its first 5K race during Watermelon Fun Run/Walk. Families and friends will also enjoy live music throughout the day and the proceeds from the event go to benefit the homeless community.

Burger Week
The Nashville Scene has partnered with several awesome Nashville restaurants to present Burger Week. A full week of delicious burgers for only 5 bucks. We highly suggest you take advantage of this awesome deal and just fill up on burgers all weekend. Some of the restaurants include The District Bar & Kitchen, South, Gabby’s Burgers and Fries, Dino’s, Embers Ski Lodge, and many more. If you need the full list just read our post from the other day.
