Music City July 4th: Let Freedom Sing! – July 4
Without a doubt you’re going to want to be Downtown for the big celebration. I mean there’s the FREE McDonald’s ® Family Fun Zone to experience with plenty of inflatables, games, and live music from 12-5pm*. The live music includes acts like Annie Bosko, Small Time Rock Stars, Scat Springs and the Scat Springs Band, Shirley Tempo, and Striking Matches on the AT&T GigaPowerSM Stage.
Then, starting at 6:30pm* musical performances from Mikky Ekko, Martina McBride, and the Nashville Symphony. All leading up to the nation’s largest fireworks show! Yes, this year is going to be something special and you have to be here. OH! and almost forgot to mention. It’s all FREE! A Prelude to the 4th – July 3
To get the party started Nashville is hosting a FREE street party TONIGHT from 4-10pm at the Jack Daniel’s Main Stage. DJ DU will get the party started followed by Elise Davis, Gabe Dixon, and closing it down will be The Weeks. It’s the perfect start to the weekend, and a great way to prepare yourself for the big July 4th celebration. Come join us and let’s get the party started. Acme Feed & Seed Celebration – July 3-4
Acme Feed & Seed is celebrating their one year anniversary, July 3, with live music, a photobooth, drink specials, and more. Then, July 4, visitors may purchase VIP rooftop access tickets that is sure to provide a great spot to view the country’s largest fireworks show.
First Saturday Art Crawl – July 3
For Fourth of July weekend, the Art Crawl will take place on Friday. Over 20 art venues participate, presenting local and world renowned artists and artwork, offering the opportunity to meet and discuss art with like minded-individuals.
Grand Ole Opry – July 3-4
You could venture over to the Grand Ole Opry House to witness Vince Gill and others perform the legendary show.
Happy Birthday American: July 4th Celebration – July 4
Tennessee Brew Works & Little Harpeth Brewing are partnering to celebrate the holiday with live music, fireworks, craft beer, and good fun at the Tennessee Brew Works Tap Room.
4th of July Celebration at Listening Room Cafe – July 4
Patrons to Music City may enjoy great food and music performed by Fletcher, Bell, and Ward at Listening Room Cafe.
Music City Hot Chicken Festival – July 4
Grab some lunch at the Music City Hot Chicken Festival at East Park, 11am-3pm on July 4.
Music City July 4th 5/10K – July 4
Start your Independence Day with a run through the streets of Music City. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to run the 5K or 10K through downtown Nashville on the morning of the Fourth of July.
Presidential Weekend – July 4-5
Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage: Home of the People’s President is hosting history demonstrations, July 4 & 5, that will teach you how to drill, march, and live as a soldier during Jackson’s time. Also, on July 4, will be an Independence Day Ball inviting all to dress up in historical attire (of any era) and dance the night away. And that’s just the half of it.
Red, White, and Booze – July 4
Before coming Downtown head on over to City Winery Nashville for their special pre-party they are calling Red, White, and Booze.
USMNT vs. Guatemala – July 3
The U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team will face Guatemala at Nissan Stadium TONIGHT. Kick offs at 5:30pm.
