Free music and sunshine, now that’s a beautiful thing. This Saturday, May 9, Musicians Corner will begin in Music City. It’s a weekly concerts series that’s free and open to the public which takes place under the sun, every Saturday, at Centennial Park. It lasts through June and they have a fantastic lineup this year (see below). There’s even pre-show activities beginning at 12pm with food trucks, beer and wine gardens, and “Kidsville” activities. Plus, an acoustic stage presented by Nashville’s independent radio station, Lightning 100. Just so you know, the event also has a fall season that lasts from September through October. So, for whatever reason you can’t make it this season, come to the next!
We love this event. The diversity of each week conveys the true spirit of Music City. That no matter what you play, how you play, or what genre, the music is always welcome in Nashville. Each week promises a diverse lineup to tap your toes to. It also brings our community together for a day of fun, and embraces the friendly vibe we have all come to love.
