Today, enjoy the amazing cooking from Chef Jamies Watson over at his East Nashville restaurant Cafe Fundamental. He likes to mix his classic French training with southern influences. Their brunch is without a doubt one of the best in Music City. Everything on their brunch menu is delicious. Trust us, we have had it all. One of our favorite choices is the the Duck Confit Hash. The eggs are cooked at exactly 62 degrees. Why? At that temperature the white is cooked and the yolk remains creamy. A fantastic way to enjoy an egg, but then there’s more. The two eggs are placed on top of a Duck confit hash that is tender and so amazing with the sauce choron that is poured on top. It truly is a meal that gets better with every bite.
