The autumn months are perfect for exploring the beautifully preserved grounds of The Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson. As the season changes and the leaves turn The Hermitage shows another side of its beauty. Before or after exploring the 1,100 acres of preserved grounds guests are welcome to head on over to The Kitchen Cabinet located next to the Visitor Center. It’s a new café at The Hermitage designed to give visitors and locals alike delicious southern-style picnic fare. Make sure to try the Edward Livingston.
