138. Hot Chicken Sandwich @ ACME Feed & Seed

Right at the end Broadway is the ACME Feed & Seed. It just opened last month and Nashville residents are quickly falling in love. The restaurant has four floors all with a different purpose. The roof is perfect for entertainment. Just the other day they hosted an excellent event with live music and awesome drinks that was open for all to enjoy. Those looking to host an unforgettable party will need to look at third floor. An open space with the capacity to seat 300-400 people. The second level is the perfect spot for game day. Couches, chairs, and TVs line the area giving you the perfect location to watch the game with friends. Last is the first floor, and the main dining area. It is a very open space, and has a stage for live music in the center. The atmosphere stays true to when the building was housed as Nashville’s feed and seed supplier. That good southern charm with a simple living feel. Their menu features only the finest choices from southern cuisine. Catfish, ribs, and of course hot chicken which is exactly what we ordered. Their Hot Chicken Sandwich to be exact. Now, we will say it is definitely not the hottest hot chicken we have had, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it is an outstanding sandwich. They soak the chicken in a peppercorn aioli that offers a unique twist to a Nashville favorite. A sweeter taste that mixes very will with the pickles. It is also topped with American and in between Texas toast. It is a perfect choice for lunch, or before a great night on Nashville’s Broadway. Enjoy!
