So, the Bash on Broadway might be the biggest and best party in Nashville for New Year’s Eve – but it’s not the only party on Dec. 31. Of course, there’s music. Funk, bluegrass, 80s cover, 90s cover, country, rock, electronic, industrial, pop, and everything in between will be playing at clubs, hotels, and restaurants all over town. The Dynamites, Moon Taxi, Bassnectar, Old Crow Medicine Show, Del McCoury Band, hit songwriters and so many others will play into the new year. Hungry, too? Do dinner & a show at Chaffin’s, get locked in at Rocketown, play video games at Dave & Buster’s, or go Vegas-style at Opryland. Nashville likes to party. So, pretty much anything open to the public is celebrating on New Year’s Eve. If you want to see the action downtown but don’t want to be on the street, there are a ton of clubs that are celebrating and you can get a view of the crowd and the fireworks from inside those clubs.
