The Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson is offering after-hours tours of the property during the holiday season. Guests tour the historic home in the evening light and learn how the Jackson family experienced the holidays with their own Christmas traditions. It’s like stepping back in history during the time of General Jackson. You can feel the history in there. Some of the original furnishings, wallpaper and family possessions still remain.
Remaining After-Hours Tours are offered on December 13 and 20 and begin at 6:30pm. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased from their website.
