273.2. ARTini

Have a few drinks, look at some pretty art, learn a little, meet new friends. ARTini is a lecture and gallery talk that the Frist puts on periodically with their exhibits. Each one has a specific focus and offers a great opportunity for informal conversation on that topic and other art-related ideas. After the talk, drinks (including ARTinis, of course) are available to enjoy the Grand Lobby. It’s a nice chance to see the current exhibits at the Frist – and it’s educational – and there’s drinks! ARTini is included with gallery admission. The next one is scheduled for Friday, December 9. Curator Anne Taylor is leading a discussion on the exhibit, To Live Forever: Egyptian Treasures from the Brooklyn Museum. Check their website for more upcoming ARTini events.
