Experience The Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson – by lantern. It’s a spooky 90-minute tour of the mansion, Rachel (Jackson’s wife) and Andrew’s tomb and the First Hermitage cabin. Hear eerie tales about the Battle of New Orleans, Andrew Jackson, the Bell Witch and the death of Rachel Jackson. Very cool and very creepy. These tours are only offered through October and each is open to 15 people so tickets must be purchased in advance.
