Brothers Huseyin and Harun Ustunkaya opened Anatolia in 2003, hoping to bring a taste of their hometown, Antalya, to Nashville. The restaurant is tucked into Lions Head Village on White Bridge Road, serving up authentic Turkish food 7 nights a week. The menu appeals to the palates of many with lamb, eggplant, fish, chicken and vegetarian options, along with creamy hummus, syrupy Turkish coffee and sweet & salty kunefeh and baklava for dessert.
