Brought to you by the same group that owns Whiskey Kitchen, Virago and the new Kayne Prime, Tavern is one of Midtown’s newer ventures. Tavern has a cool, laid-back atmosphere that’s perfect for late-night meals or meeting up with friends after work. It can get crowded on the weekends with standing room only but there’s a great patio in front and the booths are big a comfy. You can find similarities to Whiskey Kitchen mainly in the menu with nachos, tacos, burgers, and the like. I’d definitely recommend the Tavern Fires which come in 4 varieties (Tuscan, Stadium, Belgian and Tennessee). They also have a late-night menu which they serve until 1am.
