The heat is hear and that makes for perfect ice cream weather! On Sunday, June 12th from 3to 5pm, the First Presbyterian Church lawn will be packed will ice cream lovers who’ve come to taste samples of dozen of different flavors of ice cream. Tickets are $10 in advance for adults ($13 at the door), $8 for children ($10 at the gate) and children under 2 have free admission. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Martha O’Bryan Center. You can also enter your homemade ice cream in a contest for “Best of Show” with the winner being made into a Purity flavor next year. Enter here.
