The Downtown Nashville Public Library will be hosting puppet troupes from all over the country for the Downtown Puppet Festival on May 27-29. The library will display its marionette tradition that began back in 1938. The entire library will transport you to another world through the magical stories told by various kinds of puppets. The shows include The Frog Prince, Images of China, Pinocchio, Out of the Mist…A Dragon, Ellingtown and more. Each show is about an hour long and perfect for kids of all ages. Not all shows require tickets, but check here for ticket information.
