Nashville foodies rejoice! The 2011 Generous Helpings event will be held on May 19th at the Nashville Farmers’ Market. What is Generous Helpings you ask? It’s a gathering of some of Nashville’s most beloved restaurants where they offer bite-sized samples of their signature appetizers, entrees and desserts accompanied by wines and beers from participating beverage vendors. The event is 5:30-8:30pm and admission is only $40 in advance ($50 at the door and $125 for the special Patron Guest Ticket). The best part of this event? It’s for a good cause, with proceeds benefitting Second Harvest’s Middle Tennessee’s Table.
