For some finger-lickin’ barbecue, hit up Jack’s downtown on Broadway. Nestled among all the honkey tonks, Jack’s has garnered quite a following of devoted fans over the years. The menu has typical barbecue fare like pork shoulder, beef brisket, ribs and even smoked chicken. Chose from a variety of sides like cole slaw, mac and cheese, and potato salad. Be aware that the line can get long around meal times but move pretty fast. If you can’t make it downtown, Jack’s opened a second location on Trinity Lane (334 West Trinity Lane, Nashville, TN 37207).
