The Annual Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival is have a more somber tone as the event will ask for support for the victims of the recent earthquake and tsunami that has claimed thousands of Japanese lives. The festival, which we will be held on Saturday, March 26, begins with the Solidarity Walk that begins at 9am at Public Square Park downtown. The other festival events begin at 10am and go on until 4pm with live music, dancing, vendors, food and of course the planting of 100 cherry trees around the city.
