In honor of Mardi Gras and delicious Louisiana Cajun cuisine, head over to Bro’s on Charlotte and you won’t be disappointed. Somewhat hidden by the interstate, this dive is worth the adventure to find. They’ve got all the typical Cajun dishes like gumbo, etouffé, shrimp creole, red beans and rice and po-boys. They even do crawfish boils throughout the year. The prices are reasonable and the food is authentic. They’ve even been featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on the Food Network.
