One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to go over to the Nashville Humane Shelter and get me a furry companion. The humane shelter has cats, kittens, dogs and puppies of all shapes, sizes, ages and colors. You can go visit, spend one-on-one time with an animal. Even if you can’t adopt, you can drop off donations of food and toys for the animals. This shelter is clean and you can tell the animals are well cared for. They also have a traveling adoption truck called Teddy’s Wagon. The truck travels to an off campus location for a day. For more information on Teddy’s Wagon, go here.
