Many of you have mentioned to me that I write about this place. The Pancake Pantry has been around since 1961 and has gained quite the following since. They serve breakfast and lunch all day, but most people stick with the yummy pancakes. Some of the best are the sweet potato, classic blueberry and the Parisienne. They also have crepes, omelets, french toast, a variety of sandwiches, eggs, soups and salads. Get prepared to wait in line outside though, as this place gets really busy and stays busy.
