Travel back about 150 years to the to the times of the famous writer Charles Dickens at the annual Franklin event, Dickens of a Christmas. Over 200 volunteers help get the Christmas spirit going at this event that will be held on December 11-12 from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and noon to 5pm on Sunday. This free street festival will feature street performers, vendors, people dressed in period costume and more.
