Commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Civil War in Tennessee by learning a little bit more about the events that occurred in Tennessee over 150 years ago during our country’s most important war. The Coming of the Civil War will be held November 12-13 at various Nashville landmarks such as the Tennessee State Museum, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, Tennessee State Library and TPAC. There will be living history activities, performances, lectures, discussions and more that are suitable for children, history buffs, visitors and locals. All activities are free and open to the public.
