This is one of my new favorite places to eat in town. It has recently reopened (in late July) under new management that has brought a new feel, chef and menu to establishment. Located in the building that once housed the historic Merchant’s Hotel, the restaurant still carries much of the historical charm found in the brick walls, tile floor and old advertisements on the walls. The staff is friendly and helpful and sport bow ties and suspenders.
There’s an interesting set up with there being two restaurant levels with the upstairs being more formal in comparison to downstairs. Each level has their own menu, equally delicious. Check them out here.
