Brought to you by Team Green Adventures and Kali Yuga Yoga, Yoga in the Park is a weekly yoga session held in Centennial Park. Every Wednesday from 6-7pm, you can unwind with this free instruction class in the midst of one of Nashville’s prettiest parks. Meet other participants at the west corner of Parthenon Field. Never really tried yoga? No worries, this event is great for beginners. You can even bring children and dogs as long as they’re supervised.
Make sure to bring a yoga mat (some will be available at a first come, first serve basis), comfortable (and cool) clothing, water, sunscreen, bug spray and hand towel in case you get sweaty.
Yoga in the Park is on every Wednesday until September 1.

Sounds great. Yoga is definitely for everybody. My boss, Leeann Carey, is a world-renowned yoga teacher & she says that beginners should pay attention to postural alignment. She has a free yoga video on this subject that you should check out: http://planetyoga.com/yoga-blogs/index.php/postural-alignment-poses-for-beginners-2/
Valuable info. Lucky me I found your site by accident, I bookmarked it.
