162. Ice Skating at Centennial Sportsplex

Saying it’s hot outside would be quite the understatement. Here’s an activity you can do to cool down. Ice skating at Centennial Sportsplex will be a welcome relief to the blistering heat and humidity. They post public skating schedules here. Skate rentals are $7 for ages 13 and up, $6 for ages 5-12 and 4 and under are $2. Make sure to bring a jacket or sweater though because even in the summer time it gets chilly inside. Interested in a little extra skating time? Classes, figure skating practice sessions, open hockey sessions and an adult hockey league are all offered here.
