Maggie’s Bark Park, also know as the Franklin Dog Park, is a great place to let your pup run free and play with other dogs. It’s located behind Franklin High School near Williamson Animal Control. There are two separate areas: one for smaller dogs and one for big dogs. There is a double gate system on both sections that make for easy entry with your dog. There are toys, fun agility equipment, kiddie pools, water bowls, grass and shade and a convenient “poop station” with bags and trash can. This park gets busy on weekday afternoons and on the weekends. It’s open from dawn to dusk everyday.
