Public transportation just got a little better and user-friendly in Nashville. The MTA recently came up with a free circuit of buses that make stops around downtown and the Gulch. Services began back in March and if enjoyed by the public, will continue and runs maybe will extend its routes. There are two circuits:
- the Green Line which runs to to the Gulch operates from 6:30am to midnights on weekdays and from 11am to midnight on Saturdays
- the Blue Circuit which operates Downtown and to the Farmers Market runs from 6:30am to 6pm weekdays and from 11am to 6pm Saturdays.
The buses are easy to spot in their bright blue and lime colors as are the bus stops. For further information on the routes, go here.
