There’s nothing better than a cold beer on a hot day. With that in mind, get your ticket to the 9th Annual Mafiaoza’s Music City Brewer’s Festival. The event is held downtown at the Walk of Fame Park outside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on Saturday, July 31st. There are two sessions: a day session from 12pm to 4pm and a night session from 6pm to 10pm. There will be live music, food and of course, plenty of beers to sample.
Tickets go fast (in fact, the night session is sold out already and why I’m posting so far in advance) and are $35 to $40. You can also purchase designated driver tickets at a discounted price of $20(but cannot partake in beer sampling).

Love the site and the Facebook page, by the way. But I have a question that maybe you can help with. Are they still doing the Medieval Re-enactments at Elmington Park on Sundays, and if so, do you know what time they usually start? Is it impromptu, or is there a club that organizes. This is on my “List of Things to Do in Nashville”.
Hey John,
Thanks! It’s been a lot of fun doing this site and it’s definitely made me explore Nashville a lot more. As for the reenactments, I do believe they have them every Sunday. I’m not sure when they start but they are super friendly and love for people to join in. I’ll see if I can find more info and make it a post one day. Thanks for the tip!
So I’ve found some more information on this. It’s called Belegarth. There isn’t a set time when it starts but it usually starts around 3 or 4 on Sundays. Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Here is their website that has more info on what they’re about: http://www.durdemarion.com/contactus.htm
