Urban Flats, located in ultra trendy Gulch area, is a restaurant with a menu consisting mainly of flatbreads, a simple thin pizza-like bread topped with fresh ingredients. You’ll find a variety of topping combinations at Urban Flats such as Fig and Prosciutto; Turkey, Pear and Brie; Steak and Portobello; and even Meatball.
