The San Antonio Taco Company, also commonly called SATCo, is a Nashville original. SATCo is a tex-mex restaurant that serves simple fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, salads and more. There are two locations, one downtown off Commerce Street and 2nd Avenue and one on 21st Avenue near Vanderbilt University’s campus. The tortillas are made fresh and the employees are friendly. The Vanderbilt location also has a great outdoor patio perfect for hanging with friends with a couple of tacos and some cold drinks.
