Nashville’s largest food and drink festival is this weekend, June 4-5, at Public Square Park and Deaderick Street. Friday is a preview night with a wine tasting ($25 Admission). Saturday is the actual festival, running from 11am-9pm with booths from some of the area’s best restaurants.
Admission is free but attendees purchase tasting tickets at ticket booths throughout the event. You then take the purchased tickets to the various vendors for samples of food, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and more. Tickets are sold in strips of ten for $12.50+tax or you can buy the Early Bird Discount which is 60 tickets for only $50 (only available for purchase until midnight of June 3-that’s tonight!).
There will also be cooking demonstrations, wine tasting seminars, a Kids Zone and of course, live music.
