With a successful history in the restaurant business, co-owners Taylor and Mike Monen set out to build a local favorite. Their mission is to, “serve made-from-scratch, super-fresh, totally tasty eats and drinks in a fun, laid-back setting and deliver the most legendary customer service of all time to every guest, every time.”
The menu features traditionals like Queso Fundido and a Salsa Sampler, as well as unexpected taco varieties. Two very different taco options, from their large and unique menu, are the Memphis which features slow braised pork, onion, pickle and oh-so-tasty seasonings. The other is the Vegetarian Jerk which has sauteed plantains, cabbage, mango salsa, black beans and other fresh ingredients. For those not in the mood for taco’s, don’t fret, Taco Mamacita’s features enchiladas and much more! Only good things can be said about their unique drink menu so relax, grab a drink and celebrate that another tax season is over!
