We all know that this city is full of incredibly talented musicians; however, there are also many creative other artists as well. The first Saturday of every month, over a dozen art galleries throughout downtown host receptions and art openings. Most galleries serve wine and other refreshments. The best part is that this event is free. That is a great excuse to check out this growing scene.
Today is the first Saturday in March and you could not ask for a better evening to get out downtown. The Downtown Nashville Partnership offers free shuttles between the galleries from 6pm to 10pm.
